We currently deliver to all areas within the UK Mainland.

We deliver by pallet only, with a standard delivery charge of £50 + VAT. The more you order, the lower your effective delivery cost — you’ll automatically receive £10 off for every £100 spent.

Delivery is FREE for all orders over £500 + VAT within the UK mainland.

Orders placed and completed by 11 a.m. on a business day will be delivered on the next business day.

On delivery you will have 20 minutes to inspect the pallet. Please ensure you take this time before the driver leaves.  Ensure that the Proof of Delivery (POD) provided by the delivery driver is signed as “damaged,” and take a photo of it to share with us if you can. Please contact us immediately by phone or email, including your order number and photos if possible. We will promptly investigate the issue and work to provide the best possible resolution.

If you need to modify or cancel your order after it has been placed, please call us as soon as possible at 020 3137 3351. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Our warehouse is located at Unit A3 - OYO Business Units, Crabtree Manorway North, Belvedere, DA17 6AX.

Orders can be collected between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, excluding the lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
